Games are played on a Monday from 6pm (TBC), 4 x 12 minute quarters, with 1 minute between each quarter.
We run a fun social competition with an A & B division (numbers permitting). Most players are just there for some exercise and to catch up with friends. It's a great way to stay in shape and socialise at the same time.

What to wear:
Open teams are responsible for supplying their own uniforms. Full uniform must be worn from week 4 or games onward, point penalties apply if full uniform is not worn.
