INTERMEDIATE DIVISION (11-13 years) 
Teams will do a warm up/training session before their games at 4.00pm on Mondays.
Games are played on a Monday at 4.30pm, 4 x 12 minute quarters, with 1 minute between each quarter.

CADETS DIVISION (13-16 years) 
Teams will do a warm up/training session before their games at 5.00pm on Mondays. 
Games are played on a Monday at 5.30pm, 4 x 12 minute quarters, with 1 minute between each quarter.

‘PLAY UP’ – SKILL DEVELOPMENT
We have introduced a skill development program where the older players of each division (excluding social modified) can opt to play up a division on a regular basis, allowing our players to develop their netball skills in a more challenging environment.  This will also allow a player to play 2 games for the price of one registration!  Please note, players MUST continue to play in their lower age division – playing up is an optional extra. Please email for more details. (Please note - this will depend on having enough numbers to go ahead)
